This quarterly market event at our local coffee/craft beer/wine hot spot has become a favorite among Southern Wake county residents. This special Market Event will showcase 50 + LOCAL artists selling their quality handmade goods. The event will take place inside the Mill as well as along Depot Street and not only will it feature a wide assortment of specialty items, there will also be food trucks and live music. As a special treat the Mill will be featuring $3 mimosas!

Front Porch Realty has hosted another extremely successful school supply drive for the Fall of 2018, and we didn’t do it alone! This year we invited ALL of the other local real estate offices in Fuquay-Varina to help us support our local schools.

Everyone collected buckets full of supplies, picked a local school and delivered them. Here is our 2nd Q 2018 snapshot of our local housing inventory. It’s no secret, we still don’t have enough houses to sell. According to our local Triangle MLS, housing inventory in the Triangle is down 3% from 2nd Q of 2017. Most markets in our end of Wake county are showing less than a 1 month supply. It’s a great time to make a move!

It’s that time again! Front Porch Realty is gearing up for their annual Back to School supply drive and we have some exciting news. This year we are having a “Fuquay-Varina Real Estate Agent” Back to School Drive!
All of the Fuquay-Varina real estate agents, regardless of their company affiliation, are going to be collecting Back to School Supplies for our local schools. Supplies will be collected through the month of August and can be dropped off at ANY real estate company in town.

Fuquay-Varina will have its annual JULY 3 Celebration at South Park. Gates will open at 6 pm with food vendors, music, and the splash pad will even be open! Coolers are welcome, alcohol and pets are not. The fireworks are planned for sundown, however weather may change their timing. CLICK HERE for all of the details.
Holly Springs will hold their annual celebration on JULY 5 at Sugg Farm at Bass Lake Park. The fun begins at 5:30 pm and will include food vendors, kids inflatables and crafts, and even skydiving demonstrations.
