Iris has had a wide array of professional experience, ranging from managerial operations roles, to business analysis, to business development oversight. Through her career she has accumulated a keen eye for details and a tremendous capacity to negotiate business deals. Through several complex personal real estate transactions, she realized how valuable her skill set could be as a real estate professional and made her final career move. In the time since, she’s found a passion for helping her clients achieve their best outcomes. Clients love that she is an advocate and a problem solver. Originally from California, Iris loves the beautiful landscape of North Carolina and has been delighted to call this state her home. She lives in Angier with her fiancé Charles and their cat Stormy, all of whom love the wide open spaces that the rural side of North Carolina has to offer. She loves to stay active as an avid hiker and weight lifter. For Iris, real estate is also a hobby. She and her fiancé love researching and visiting properties in their spare time! She also has two grown children that live in Indianapolis and Nevada, who she loves to spend time with.
