Teresa began her real estate career in Fuquay-Varina in 1985. While working with both buyers and sellers in all areas of real estate, Teresa has seen tremendous growth of the Wake and Harnett county areas. Teresa has been active in the Fuquay-Varina Woman’s Club, Chamber of Commerce, and the Fuquay-Varina Baptist Church. Teresa is also a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She loves the challenge of finding buyers their perfect house, whether it be for a first time buyer or a senior looking to retire and down-size. She enjoys being involved in the Fuquay-Varina community, but she also knows and sells the entire Triangle area. Teresa was born and raised in Harnett County to a farming family that expected everybody to work hard. She received her BA degree in Business from N. C. Wesleyan College and worked in the corporate world for many years. She has raised her two beautiful girls in Fuquay-Varina and enjoys gardening, her two grandsons, friends, and her Maltese, Bella. Teresa has been blessed with wonderful clients that provide her with steady referrals, but she always love meeting new ones!
