Covid-19 has most likely kept the inventory of re-sales down, as homeowners have chosen home improvement projects for their own enjoyment over preparing their homes to sell; this seems due in part to the pandemic as well as no inventory to choose from for their next home. The influx of buyers into the market continues to grow leaving days on market exceptionally low and inventory even lower. With interest rates expected to stay record low, we do not foresee a shift in this housing market any time soon. FRONT PORCH REALTY has some exciting news!
