My husband and I are young, first-time buyers, with really no experience in what it means to buy a house or ANYTHING related. Also fairly new to NC (< 1 year.) We weren't really sure what to expect or what the process was or what most things meant but from the beginning all the way through closing Donya was literally THE BEST. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor experience. We went with a new-build home and used a VA loan and the process was so smooth and easy it's kind of hard to believe. Donya showed up at every build appointment, every home check in, blue-tapes, home orientations, everything. She asked questions and got information from the builder that we would never have known/thought to ask. She also found us an AWESOME inspector in our budget. Donya is a kind, friendly, funny, down-to-earth person, but also really great at her job and we are SO happy we had her or else I'm not sure where we would have ended up. I would 100% recommend her and we will 100% use her when the time comes to move on.
