Front Porch Realty was great from the get go. We received an email within hours of talking with our loan officer initially. Melissa Zappia is so wonderful. She was very responsive, professional, and so much fun to work with. She listened to our must haves in our dream home and definitely delivered. We decided to go with a house that was in the process of being built and Melissa was with us every step of the way. When our closing date was delayed multiple times, Melissa went to bat for us and made sure that we were taken care of.
