Laura has sold real estate in the Fuquay-Varina and Holly Springs areas since 1996. She prides herself on excellent communication and negotiating skills and has surrounded herself with real estate brokers that are highly skilled and dedicated to their real estate career. Laura is a dedicated community volunteer with particular interest in young people and schools. Donya has been Front Porch Realty’s office manager since 2013 and much to our delight became a licensed real estate broker in 2016. Donya enjoys meeting new people and serving them through the emotional and exciting process of buying and selling their home. Whether it’s across town or out of town, she would love to be your Broker. As Office Manager Donya handles our marketing, transactions, and day-to-day business for both the Fuquay-Varina and Holly Springs offices. Donya enjoys working with all of the fantastic Front Porch Realty Brokers and clients in this exciting market. Donya, her husband, and three children moved to North Carolina from Maine in 2003 and have called Fuquay-Varina home ever since!
Haylee has worked at Front Porch Realty as their Marketing Manager and Admin since September 2021 and has absolutely adored every moment of it. Haylee came into Front Porch Realty with zero knowledge in the Real Estate industry but has proved to be a quick learner and truly enjoys to gain more knowledge to better her marketing career at Front Porch!
Haylee was born and raised right outside of Fuquay-Varina, she attended Middle Creek High School and graduated in 2011. She went to Wake Tech Community College for a couple of years but found that she was more successful putting her traits to work outside of the classroom and trying her hand at a few different positions. Haylee bought a house in Fuquay-Varina right outside of Lillington back in 2017, her favorite part about owning a home is being able to do whatever she wants to her home! She has a knack for renovating areas, thrifting and turning her finds into something beautiful to stage inside, and often changing up color schemes in her home.
She has a passion for animals of all kinds. Currently Haylee has two fur-babies, Rimmy a Jack-Chi and Winston a Blue Merle Mini Australian Shepherd. Winston has quickly become the Front Porch Realty “mascot”! When she isn’t at work you can find her at one of the many breweries around Fuquay-Varina, out on Harris Lake fishing with her boyfriend Grant, or relaxing somewhere with her pups. Haylee is a friendly face in Fuquay-Varina that would love to meet and connect with you so be sure to say hello next time you see her out and about!
Claudia is originally from the German Speaking part of Switzerland and has a degree in Finance. She lived in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and called Central Florida home for 20 years where she raised her 3 boys.
Claudia comes to Front Porch Realty as an experienced real estate professional, she owned and operated her own Real Estate Firm in Florida for over 18 years! Claudia has called Fuquay-Varina home since 2015. Real Estate is her passion, she has great negotiation and communication skills and knows to listen and ask questions. Throughout her career she has advised and guided many and helped make buying and selling a lot less stressful.
