Jessie, Owner of The Healthy Spot, discovered his love for nutrition through his own journey to get healthy and hasn’t looked back! In his words, “The Healthy Spot is not a weight-loss company. We teach nutrition and provide the tools to get you there, weight-loss is just a side effect.”
Jessie and his staff always greets you by name and if it is your first visit to the shop, they are sure to explain the three-step process. This process includes a shot of aloe to help absorb all of the 21 vitamins and minerals in each shake, a hydrating (and delicious) energizing tea and a meal replacement shake. With flavors like butterfinger and apple pie, the shakes seem too good to be healthy. When in fact they only contain 9g of natural sugar and act as a full meal replacement. The Healthy Spot is changing the image of being healthy and wants to make a huge impact on the lives of Fuquay-Varina Residents.
