I’ve long since run out of superlatives in working with good old Dave Matthews–approachable, down-home friendly, easy-going, quietly confident and knowledgeable, patient with my thousand questions, diligent behind the scenes, effortlessly (apparently) managing developments on multiple fronts, and generally a joy to work with! i’m definitely treating him to lunch when we meet someday. You’re lucky to have him. You, Dave, are indeed–da man!  And thanks to you all at Front Porch for making a long distance closing a breeze. You rock!! Take the rest of the day off.
