Front Porch Realty has taken an in depth look at our local housing market, see our 3rd quarter snapshot HERE. We are beginning to see a very slight shift into a more balanced market, especially in the higher sales price brackets above $400,000. We are also seeing a trend of more re-sale homes hitting the market, most likely the result of interest rates remaining super low and new home developments popping up all over the place offering hard to resist incentives.
