We have had the pleasure of working with Donya at Front Porch Realty for several months now. We started the process with her unsure if we wanted to move or just fix up our current house. She helped us find the perfect new home with everything that we wanted. I messaged her late at night that I had seen a house on Zillow that I was interested in looking at that had just been posted. I didn’t figure that I would hear back from her until the next morning, but with in about 10 minutes she already had us set up for a next day appointment. We put in our offer right after our walk though. Our new house was only on the market for 3 days, she helped us grab it up quick! She was always able to answer my questions throughout the process. She also did a great job with the selling process. We wanted to do some repairs to our old house and she was helpful with recommendations for what we should focus on.
