Spring into March with these Fuquay Festivities!

The Town of Fuquay-Varina has an exciting lineup of Easter festivities for all ages throughout March! Here’s a breakdown of the events:

1.Easter Egg-cellent Park Adventure:

-Dates: March 16 to March 30

-Explore Fuquay-Varina’s parks, recreation areas, and cultural resources for an exciting egg hunt adventure. Ten large wooden eggs, each with a unique pattern and number designed by the arts center, will be hidden in various parks and facilities across the town. Participants can complete a worksheet by drawing the pattern of four eggs or find all ten and copy the patterns as accurately as possible. It’s a fantastic way to enjoy the outdoors and engage in a fun, creative activity.

2.Downtown Candy Hop:

-Date: March 23

-Following the Town of Fuquay-Varina Egg Hunt, the Downtown Candy Hop promises an afternoon of delightful treats and festive fun. Families can hop from one participating location to another, collecting candies and enjoying the lively atmosphere of downtown Fuquay-Varina.

3. Fuquay-Varina Woman’s Club Annual Easter Parade Basket/Hat Decorating Competition:

-Registration Deadline: March 12

-Exhibition Dates: March 11 to March 23

-Get creative and showcase your talent in basket or hat decorating! The Fuquay-Varina Woman’s Club hosts this annual competition where participants can craft unique and imaginative designs. Entries will be displayed in the Arts Center for all to admire, adding to the festive spirit of Easter.
