It's no wonder our sales prices are soaring, at this time there are only 124 homes active on the market in Fuquay-Varina and Holly Springs. This includes our Coming Soon status! Wake county Register of Deeds just reported our median sales price jumped a whopping 25% in September to $390,000. In our SW Wake market; median days on market is 4, and median sales price to list price is $110%. There are currently no new construction single family homes under $400,000 being built in our area of the county, all are attached townhomes or condos and are being sold as they barely break ground.
