Any memories in your home that you would like to share with your buyer?
Sitting in the sunroom or on the screened porch, watching the beautiful sunsets. Enjoyed watching the kids play in the backyard and the creek!
What would you consider your homes best selling feature?
The house is all brick and sits on a wooded lot, even more so the houses do not sit on top of each other in this neighborhood. Great location to easily get to Downtown Fuquay or to Raleigh!
Anything about the location or neighborhood of your home you would like to share?
Once 540 is finished, the home will be very close to access the outer loop! Being on the North side of town is easy access to Raleigh and RTP!
