Front Porch Realty and Front Porch Realty Holly Springs have once again teamed up with the local Coldwell Banker HPW office to gather school supplies for local schools. Our school supply drive has always been extremely successful, thanks to all of you! The students and the teachers are extremely grateful for our support!

Are you ready to Run the Quay? Yes, it’s true this Chamber of Commerce sponsored Annual event has been going on every year for the last 15 years, it’s a tradition! How about the brand new Downtown Cooldown, happening at the same time in downtown Varina? Well, here’s all the info you need to get ready!

The Chamber is anticipating over 1,000 runners this year! Check out the race routes, and come out to cheer on your favorite brave runners! Then, head on over to Varina to Celebrate. There will be something for everyone at this FREE family friendly event including food trucks galore, Live music, kids activities like a bounce house, Fhairy Sparkles Hair, yard games, and even the Stormy Mascot from the Carolina Hurricanes!

The Senior Services Council and the Fuquay-Varina Chamber of Commerce has organized and hosted the annual Senior Services Expo 2019 in Fuquay-Varina. This year’s event will be held at Fire Station #1 (301 S Fuquay Ave.) in the heart of the downtown Fuquay retail district Monday, May 6th from 10 am – 2 pm.

Seniors and care-givers will have access to over 40 providers at the resource fair. They’ll offer insight, expertise and solutions for aging adults and their loved ones. A shredding truck will also be on site to provide shredding services at no cost.

So come out on Monday, bring your paper to be shredded and grab some friends! Stop by the Front Porch Realty booth and say hi! We’ll have experienced agents there all day to discuss selling your home.

Mark your calendars and come on out to the first ever downtown Holly Springs “SpringsFest” and North Carolina Spring Classic Run! The day will begin with the NC Spring Classic run, which consists of both an 8K and 16K race. The run will begin at Sugg Farm Park and finishes in downtown Holly Springs, as the festival is starting. The SpringsFest is hosted by the Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce. The theme for the first festival will be, ‘Celebrate Our Past; Embrace Our Future!’ The festival is set to begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2019 in downtown Holly Springs. And will finish at 4 p.m. There will be vendor tents, food trucks, a beer garden and Car and Truck Show. This free event is expected to welcome thousands of people into the heart of Holly Springs to showcase the town’s recent downtown development. According to our Triangle MLS latest stats, sales in the Fuquay-Varina and Holly Springs markets are even more robust than the rest of the Triangle region. Interest rates are staying low keeping our inventory moving quickly. Not surprisingly, this lack of inventory is keeping more home-owners from selling because they have nowhere to go.
