HollyFest – A great Holly Springs Tradition and fun for all!

Saturday, October 27th from 10 am – 4 pm Sugg Farm at Bass Lake, Holly Springs The Town of Holly Springs joins, businesses, churches and civic organizations throughout the Triangle to offer up this fun community celebration! There will be live entertainment the whole day, arts & crafts vendors, a children’s corner with games, activities, inflatables and rides, fire trucks and police cars on display. 3rd QUARTER 2018 MARKET UPDATE

Take a look at our 3rd Q 2018 snapshot of our local housing inventory. As we approach the end of summer and the beginning of fall, our numbers usually show a little dip and this year is no different. Threat of rising interest rates and our own natural disaster at the end of the quarter accounted for a tiny dip in sales however, we are still deep in a seller’s market. We are seeing more and more activity moving into our neighboring Harnett county so we decided to include stats for Fuquay-Varina in this county too.
