Now that the supply of homes is increasing, our MLS “Coming Soon” status has virtually gone away, MLS changed reporting for Coming Soon homes to begin DOM count just like Active. New construction inventory has increased as the builders are “catching up” and finishing homes, there are lots of big incentives out there to entice a Buyer to purchase. We as a local office are still seeing plenty of buyers, however they are not “ready to buy” buyers, they are being extremely cautious, and patient, while they watch the interest rates and price drops.
