What would you consider your homes best selling feature?

The house is all brick and sits on a wooded lot, even more so the houses do not sit on top of each other in this neighborhood. Great location to easily get to Downtown Fuquay or to Raleigh!

Anything about the location or neighborhood of your home you would like to share?

Once 540 is finished, the home will be very close to access the outer loop! Being on the North side of town is easy access to Raleigh and RTP!

Fuquay-Varina Christmas Home Home Tour

Presented by the Fuquay-Varina Woman’s Club, enjoy eleven homes beautifully decked out in Christmas decor! The tour will take place on Saturday, December 3rd starting at 12:00pm and ending at 6:00pm. You may buy your tickets the day of the event at The Mineral Springs Inn or 313 S. Fuquay Ave.
