- Now let’s eat! Hop in the car and take the quick drive over to Garibaldi for an authentic Italian Cuisine experience (you might want to call and make a reservation before-hand)! They have multiple dishes that’ll set your taste buds afire while enjoying cozy, dim-lit dinner! The menu at Garibaldi’s is top-of-the-line, don’t miss out!
- Whose ready for some action? Head on over to Inner Beast Hatchet House for a unique experience throwing axes! Whether you are a first-timer or you have thrown axes before, grab a beer and enjoy yourself! (Be sure to wear closed toed shoes!)
- End your wonderful evening with a stroll around Mineral Spring Park. BUT FIRST, Coffee! Grab your favorite pick me up from The Mill before heading over on your walk! Mineral Spring Park offers benches and picnic tables if you would rather sit and enjoy the quiet OR feel free to walk the path beautifully lit with globes. Fuquay Varina – A Dash More – and that is JUST what our community continues to prove with our continuing growth all around town. Whether you are a long-time resident, visiting for a few days, or relocating to our beautiful town, it is easy to get lost. Both Downtown districts continue to grow and with so many new and fun places to venture, you may get yourself turned around! Maybe you are looking for a new spot to eat dinner and do some shopping. Now, it’s easier than ever to find businesses and restaurants with the new kiosks that have been installed in the downtown area. The kiosks list businesses, events, parks, and even upcoming weather information!

pOpshelf is NOW OPEN in Fuquay-Varina! With essentials from cookware to crafts to home décor, they have it all!
We recently ventured out to the new location, 1420 N. Main St, Fuquay-Varina, and we were thrilled with the finds! First and foremost, we were greeted immediately along with other customers who followed in behind us. They really set a happy vibe inside the walls of this one-stop store. Prices range from $1-$20!
Currently they have a huge selection of Valentines Day themed finds including the perfect items to host a “galentines” party. Looking to organize this upcoming Spring? pOpshelf has numerous baskets, containers, and trays for any storage needs! They also have you covered on all beauty and bathing essentials. The lawn and garden section was by far one of our favs to wonder through. The selection of patterns and colors are on trend and well-priced. Their home décor section has the essentials and so much more. Beautiful pillows, throws, table linens, you name it! One of our favorite finds was a stackable cup glass set that looks like a fish, TOO CUTE.
Other sections to venture through include crafts galore, toys, electronics, cook and bakeware, gifting needs, party essentials, and event a market area with a frozen section! Enjoy fast checkout whenever you are ready to head out with the assistance of an employee if needed.
