Front Porch Realty has taken an in depth look at our local housing market, see our 3rd quarter snapshot HERE. We are beginning to see a very slight shift into a more balanced market, especially in the higher sales price brackets above $400,000. We are also seeing a trend of more re-sale homes hitting the market, most likely the result of interest rates remaining super low and new home developments popping up all over the place offering hard to resist incentives.

FRONT PORCH REALTY continues to have a handle on all things LOCAL. We offer Buyer Representation at no cost and strongly encourage anyone looking into purchasing a new construction home to have their own agent looking out for their best interests. One of our recent Fuquay-Varina new home clients had this to say; “Our Front Porch Realty agent took the time to spell it all out for us and gave their honest opinion about location, quality, and pricing. I highly recommend Front Porch Realty and we intend on using them in our future realty endeavors”.

FRONT PORCH REALTY offers the residents of Fuquay-Varina and Holly Springs a LOCAL professional real estate firm to handle their real estate transactions. We love moving our residents into, and across town, and showing off all we have to offer. If you haven’t had a chance to glance at our website, please take a moment, we love showing off how special our towns are!

We are here to help you, your relatives, co-workers, employees, and neighbors.
Stop by one of our offices, send us a message, or give us a call and let us help you get moving too!

Front Porch Realty has always taken an active role in our local schools, after all THEY ARE our future!

The 2019 FV Youth Leadership Group has kicked off another year. Front Porch Realty jumped at the chance to host their first meeting! We able to speak to the students for about 30 minutes about the interview and application process at Front Porch Realty as well as general work ethics for a successful career in any chosen field.

The FV Youth Leadership Group is a small group of about 20 NOMINATED and HAND CHOSEN students from our two local high schools; Fuquay-Varina High School and Southern Wake Academy. These students are not chosen on academic ability but on potential for Leadership Skills. This is a wonderful opportunity that began in 2017. We commend the administration of these local schools for taking the time and effort to put together such a wonderful program for these young adults. Throughout the year, the Leadership Group will visit local businesses, volunteer together and learn from key business owners and professionals of the community.

The Fuquay-Varina Business Alliance group always welcomes new members. If you live or work in Fuquay-Varina, you qualify! No prior experience with students is necessary. Through the efforts of our high schools’ and Wake Technical College development staff, as well as outstanding members of local businesses, we have been able to bring the classroom to the business and the business to the classroom. You can’t TEACH these life experiences!

How can you help?

What better way to experience a unique growing community than to attend a local artisan market?

Introducing the creators of TRIANGLE POP-UP, Sarah Moody and Max Rivera! Sarah has a unique artist flare that shines in the quality of artists and makers she attracts to every one of their Triangle Pop-Up market events. Every artist puts their heart and soul into their handmade items to produce quality gifts for others or a special treat for yourselves. When Max stepped up the business end of these local markets, TRIANGLE POP-UP took off running and hasn’t looked back. Their markets are popping up at Raleigh Food Halls, local breweries, the Campus of NC State and more!

Max and Sarah are big COMMUNITY supporters so promoting local businesses with local artists has just come naturally for them. Their markets have grown to as many as 75 artists and always include special local food trucks too! They have even added various local raffles to benefit local fundraising efforts. Triangle Pop-Up venues gain free top-notch social media advertising, not to mention highly elevated business traffic on POP-UP Market Days.
