Take a look at our 3rd Q 2018 snapshot of our local housing inventory. As we approach the end of summer and the beginning of fall, our numbers usually show a little dip and this year is no different. Threat of rising interest rates and our own natural disaster at the end of the quarter accounted for a tiny dip in sales however, we are still deep in a seller’s market. We are seeing more and more activity moving into our neighboring Harnett county so we decided to include stats for Fuquay-Varina in this county too.
