Here is our 2nd Q 2018 snapshot of our local housing inventory. It’s no secret, we still don’t have enough houses to sell. According to our local Triangle MLS, housing inventory in the Triangle is down 3% from 2nd Q of 2017. Most markets in our end of Wake county are showing less than a 1 month supply. It’s a great time to make a move!

It’s that time again! Front Porch Realty is gearing up for their annual Back to School supply drive and we have some exciting news. This year we are having a “Fuquay-Varina Real Estate Agent” Back to School Drive!

All of the Fuquay-Varina real estate agents, regardless of their company affiliation, are going to be collecting Back to School Supplies for our local schools. Supplies will be collected through the month of August and can be dropped off at ANY real estate company in town.
