There’s something delicious happening right here on Main Street and we’re so excited to share it with you!

We’re thrilled to welcome The Deli on Main Street, a brand-new New York–inspired deli NOW OPEN from 6am – 8pm, right here in our building alongside your #1 independently owned real estate experts of Fuquay-Varina, Front Porch Realty in downtown Fuquay-Varina.

From the moment we first heard about their vision – hearty sandwiches, homemade soups, and authentic rainbow cookies straight from NYC, we knew this was going to be something special. And now, as construction wraps up and their space comes to life, we’re counting down the days until the smells of fresh bread and hot pastrami fill Main Street!

🗽 A Taste of New York, Right Here in Fuquay-Varina

The Deli on Main Street is bringing a true New York deli experience to town – complete with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, bold flavors, and a menu full of the classics we all crave.

From breakfast favorites and stacked sandwiches to dinner meals to-go, they’ll be open seven days a week serving something for everyone. Whether you’re craving a warm soup on your lunch break or need a quick dinner pickup on your way home, this will be your new go-to spot.

But what makes this deli even more special? Their dedication to authenticity. They’ve been traveling up north, meeting with vendors across New York to make sure the products they bring here are the real deal. That includes the legendary rainbow cookie – a true NYC bakery staple that’s colorful, sweet, and baked just right.

🏗 Watching a Vision Come to Life

One of the best parts of being their neighbor? We’ve had a front-row seat watching it all come together!

From construction updates and design ideas to early menu planning, the passion behind The Deli on Main Street has been inspiring to see. Their team has poured so much love, tradition, and creativity into every step of this process – and now, the entire Fuquay-Varina community will get to enjoy the results.

At Front Porch Realty, we’re all about celebrating local growth and supporting businesses that make Fuquay-Varina shine. This deli is the perfect example of what makes our town so special:
community connection, small-town charm, and big heart. 💛

🏡 Homes and Hoagies | The Perfect Pair!

Here’s our favorite part (and a little fun twist 😉):
You can now grab a sandwich and explore your dream home – all in one stop!

Since The Deli on Main Street is opening right next door to Front Porch Realty

, it’s never been easier to make a day out of it. Stop by for a delicious sausage egg and cheese bagel, hot Reuben or a fresh salad, then swing by our office to chat about your real estate goals. Whether you’re moving to the area, thinking of selling, or just curious about what’s new in Fuquay’s housing market, we’re always here to help, one friendly conversation at a time.

Because nothing pairs better than a fresh sub and a fresh start. 🥪🏡

💛 Supporting Local, Building Community

We’re so proud to have The Deli on Main Street joining our community – and our building! Watching their journey has been a reminder of why we love what we do here at Front Porch Realty: helping people find not just houses, but homes in a town that continues to grow while keeping its welcoming, small-town feel.

So whether you’re a lifelong local or moving here from New York (we see you 😉), you’re going to love what’s cooking on Main Street.

WELCOME TO BAUCOM BUSINESS PLAZA

If you’ve driven down Hwy 401 lately, you may have noticed a fresh new addition popping up – and trust us, it’s more than just storage. Baucom Business Plaza is a brand-new, veteran-owned storage facility right outside of downtown Fuquay-Varina, and it’s quickly becoming a little community hub of its own.

Conveniently located just minutes from Fuquay and an easy drive from Angier, Lillington, Willow Spring, and Holly Springs, Baucom Business Plaza is designed to make life easier – whether you’re a homeowner, business owner, or just need a little extra space.

Modern, Clean & Built for Real Life

Baucom Business Plaza offers:

From household items and seasonal décor to business equipment and vehicles, their units are designed to fit real needs – all without the stress. The team prides themselves on customer satisfaction and professional service, making storage one less thing to worry about.

And did we mention…they’re veteran-owned? We love supporting businesses that serve our community in more ways than one.

More Than Storage: Meet the Food Trucks on Site

One of the coolest parts about Baucom Business Plaza? It’s not just functional – it’s fun. Right on the plaza grounds, you’ll find two local food trucks that make this spot worth visiting even if you don’t need storage (yet 👀).

STEAKTION – Barrel-Smoked BBQ with a Twist

Steaktion is bringing something totally unique to the Fuquay area with their Colombian barrel-style cooking. They slow-smoke their meats inside custom barrels, creating tender, juicy cuts with deep, smoky flavor…cue the mouth watering 🤤

Expect crave-worthy favorites like:

  • Crunchy, flavorful pork belly

  • Their iconic Pork Belly Ceviche

  • Bullfries

  • Cowboy Corn

  • Burgers

  • Signature barrel-smoked meats

Every dish is made fresh, with high-quality ingredients and serious attention to detail. They describe it best: comfort food with a twist. And yes…it’s as good as it sounds.

Even better? Steaktion is family-run, and you can feel the love in everything they do. They’re here to share good food, good moments, and a taste of something different, and we’re so here for it.

SIPSIDE COFFEE BAR – Be Lifted. Stay Grounded.

Right alongside Steaktion, you’ll find SipSide Coffee Bar, a coffee trailer rooted in faith, community, and really good coffee. The trailer itself was designed and built by Aerobuild Customs in Nashville, TN, and it’s just as beautiful as it is functional.

SipSide is now owned by Emma Wood, who comes from a long line of entrepreneurs with a heart for people and community. Her mission is simple and powerful:

To share the love of God through friendly service and quality products.

SipSide partners with Oak City Coffee Roasters, who use a portion of their profits to provide opportunities for people around the world to lead meaningful, productive lives – so every cup truly gives back.

Plus…Bottled Lattes & Fresh Scones? Yes, Please.

As if their made-to-order coffee wasn’t enough, SipSide also offers bottled lattes, the same handcrafted quality you love from the trailer, now bottled and ready to enjoy anytime. Whether you’re stocking your fridge for the week, hosting a party, planning a corporate event, or just want a quick grab-and-go treat, these bottled lattes make coffee moments even easier (and more delicious).

And because no coffee moment is complete without something savory and/or sweet, SipSide also offers scones, making it the perfect stop for a cozy treat, mid-morning pick-me-up, or casual meet-up with a friend.

HOURS | MONDAY – FRIDAY | 7am – 1pm

They’re Already Making It a Community Hub

While monthly markets are on the way, Baucom Business Plaza has already been creating meaningful, well-attended community events…and if you’ve missed them, don’t worry, there’s plenty more coming.

WHAT YOU’VE MISSED…

🎉 Fall Celebration & Grand Opening – November 2025

Baucom Business Plaza officially kicked things off with a Fall Celebration Grand Opening that was truly go big or go home – and they absolutely went big.

The event featured:

  • Live bands (Revel Sun & Rob Jones Band)

  • Multiple food trucks (including The Q Truck, Lili’s Kitchen, Fat Cat Ice Cream & Bits-N-Pieces Cookies)

  • 30+ local vendors

  • Bounce houses, a fire truck, and RV showcases

  • And tons of family-friendly fun

It was the perfect mix of community, small business support, music, food, and fun – the kind of event that makes you proud to live in a small town. Truly such a strong way to introduce themselves to Fuquay. If you were there, you already know…and if you weren’t, just know you definitely missed out 😅

✨ Christmas Market – December 2025

This wasn’t your average pop-up. Baucom hosted a beautiful, family-friendly Christmas Market designed especially with kids in mind and perfect for last-minute holiday shopping.
There were tons of local vendors, crafting experiences, kids activities, hot drinks, great food, s’mores, and all the cozy festive vibes. It was the kind of event where you actually wanted to linger, and the turnout proved the community was here for it.

🔥 Traditional Colombian New Year’s Lunch – January 1st

Talk about starting the year strong. Baucom Plaza rang in 2026 with a Traditional Colombian New Year’s Sancocho lunch, featuring a three-phase beef, pork, and chicken sancocho served with arroz, patacones, picadillo, and aguapanela.
It was a beautiful celebration of culture, food, and community…and such a unique experience to have right here in Fuquay.

WHAT YOU WON’T WANT TO MISS..

✨ Vision Board Workshop – January 17th

Next up, they’re hosting a Manifesting 2026 Vision Board Workshop – a cozy, inspiring event designed to help you dream, plan, and step confidently into what’s next.
Coffee, empanadas, all supplies, and even a curated goodie bag are included (yes please 👀). Limited spots, intimate setting, and major main-character energy.

Even Better? It’s Cozy All Winter Long

And because they truly thought of everything, their seating area is now fully enclosed with a tent so you can stay warm while enjoying SipSide Coffee Bar and Steaktion during these chilly days.
Warm drinks, hot food, community tables, and winter-friendly vibes = elite combo.

Monthly Markets Coming Soon 👀

As if storage, BBQ, and coffee weren’t enough…Baucom Business Plaza will also be hosting vendor markets throughout the year, with plans for at least one market per month featuring multiple local vendors.

Think:
✨ small businesses
✨ makers & creatives
✨ pop-up shops
✨ community vibes

It’s another way they’re creating a space that brings people together, not just a place you pass through, but a place you actually want to stop and hang out.

Be sure to follow their social media pages so you don’t miss market dates, vendor announcements, and event details!

Why We Love Baucom Business Plaza

What makes Baucom Business Plaza special isn’t just the storage, it’s the intentional community vibe. It’s a place where:

  • You can store your things safely and conveniently

  • Support a veteran-owned local business

  • Grab incredible BBQ

  • Sip coffee with purpose

  • And run into neighbors doing the same

It’s practical, yes – but it’s also very Fuquay. Community-driven, small-business supported, and full of heart.

A Little Real Estate Bonus (Because We’re Realists 😉)

If you’re in the middle of buying, selling, downsizing, upsizing, or staging your home, having extra space can be a total game-changer, and Baucom Business Plaza is perfectly positioned to help.

Whether you need:

  • a place to store furniture while your home is staged

  • temporary storage between closings

  • space while you declutter to get your home market-ready

  • or somewhere secure for extra belongings during a renovation

…having a clean, climate-controlled storage option right here in Fuquay makes the whole process smoother.

We tell our buyers and sellers: less clutter = more clarity. And Baucom Business Plaza makes that step easy.
